Walk to Benefit Diabetes

The American Diabetes Association has an annual fundraiser walk-a-thon. Each year hundreds of thousands of people walk to raise money to help fight diabetes. Over 200,000 people walked last year in an effort to support the 18.2 million American adults and children who cope with type 1 and type 2 diabetes every day and to benefit the American Diabetes Association.

There are several walks taking place all over the country. If you are interested in learning about a walk near you simply visit the American Diabetes Association. The walk is a lot fun and for every mile you walk and every sponsor you sign up, you will be earning money to help support the fight against Diabetes.
